Now Nick leads Sonic Leadership Group with a clear mission: to create practical, straightforward leadership development that sticks. Not because it looks good on paper, but because it works in real life – for real people.
This isn't about corporate theory. It"s about sharing what works, challenging what doesn't, and paying it forward by helping others become better leaders than they thought possible.
